A trivia night is a great way to have a really fun evening while making buckets of money for your organisation, if fundraising is on your agenda. Let 1995 Sale Of The Century champ Leon Fent loose on your audience and you'll see how he lives up to the promise of "making sure they have so much fun that they don't realise how generous they're being". If you don't require the fundraising aspect for your night, we still ensure that you and your crowd will be scratching their heads, rolling in the aisles and generally having a puzzlingly good time.
Leon has run thousands of trivia events for all types of organisations - schools, sports clubs, community groups, charities and corporate clients, and in a whole range of venues - pubs, clubs, halls, boats, planes, tents and trains. He knows what works with which audience and can help you achieve your outcomes, be it fundraising and/or fun or whatever mix of both that you require.
TriviaOz! trivia nights are a unique mix of formal trivia rounds presented in a multimedia (video, written, MP3) format, interspersed with fundraising and/or fun activities. We provide everything you need - quizmaster, all equipment including professional standard audio-video gear, advice, promotional materials, experience and expertise - to have a successful event. You provide the venue, audience, catering and prizes. We are happy to consult with you to assist on any aspect of planning and conducting the event.
There is a variety of formats and themes available and we can customise your event to suit your particular requirements. We often run events to support corporate conferences, and regularly include client-specific material in the events to give them a "local" flavour.
Typical financial returns from a TriviaOz! event are in the vicinity of anywhere between $10 and $50 per head and more, depending upon audience size and attitude, quality/quantity of prizes and how much emphasis you would like us to place on the fundraising. Corporate functions rarely have fundraising, while social clubs often only wish to cover costs, and schools, sports clubs and charities see our events as major fundraising opportunities. We recently cleared over $5,000 from 130 players at an outer suburban pre-school, and last year helped a major charity raised more than $60,000 from 240 players at a gala ballroom-style event.
Your cost for TriviaOz! services? There is a variety of financial models that can be tailored to suit your event. It works out in the vicinity of $6-7 per head, but can be less if large audiences are involved. Travel and accommodation costs outside the Melbourne metropolitan area are extra.
